5 Tips for a Great Brochure
Saturday May 13, 2006
Designing and printing a brochure can be an important part of creating your home business identity. If you've never submitted a brochure design for printing, knowing what print vendors are looking for will save you considerable time and aggravation.
I asked Shawn MacKinnon, director of www.brochuresource.net and www.brochuresource.ca, an online print vendor, what tips he could offer for those who want to save money and create their own brochure designs. Do you have any first-hand suggestions you'd like to add?

Your brochure will be more effective if you:
1. Include calls to action in your brochure
2. Try and give customers a reason to pick up the brochure
3. Focus on benefits rather than features
4. Pay a designer to create your brochure
