Working at Home Not Just About the Money

This article on NJ.com explains that according to the SBA studies, those entrepreneurs who operate their businesses strictly from home stand to earn only about a third of entrepreneurs who have a physcal location outside of the home for their business. Most home-based business owners are aware of the financial tradeoff but choose to work from home anyway. Achieving a better work-life balance is more important to most of us, and if we have to be somewhere else to work we lose part of the freedom that spurred us to become entrepreneurs in the first place.

In my case, I like the freedom of working at home whenever I need to without having to make myself presentable or take a road trip to get my work done. To me, that's just wasted time. How about you?
