The latest hand picked work from home job opportunities have been posted for the week.
In digging for information this week I found 67 career positions posted at insurance giant Aetna, so that's where the 76 work from home jobs comes in. Some are work from home to start, some have potential for work from home after a period in the local office and some are location specific, but overall this is like striking the mother lode of work from home jobs. Aetna's job search site has a Position Type selector you can use to select Telework and get a list of all jobs with work from home potential available at Aetna at any given time.
For sites that might require it, the job reference number is indicated. Always use caution when applying for a position online. Even though I've hand-picked these work from home jobs for you, I may occasionally get fooled too.

This is a great list, thank you! I have a friend with 4 children who is desperately looking for a work at home job.
I’ve also found craigslist to be a good source for telecommuting jobs.
