It is a rare thing to stop me in my tracks as a customer. But, recently a small business did just that, surprised and delighted me with its excellent customer service.
I needed an elaborate costume for a performance and found Rad 80's Fashion. From order to delivery, the sole proprietor treated me like a a VIP. I felt valued and special at each crossroad of our relationship. This owner was proactive and thoughtful as she found ways to ensure I was satisfied. Shouldn't that be the goal of every business? Even home businesses with limited resources and finances?
