My 2 Cents
- I have also found a few sites that give you a free report and then bombard you with high price offers. Some send you 3 or four offers a day. Some will give you a trial period for a dollar but read the small print.I almost signed up for one until I read the fine print which said you will be charged $197 per month after the trial period so by all means be careful.

Search Online
- I think the two best ways to see if an online business opportunity is a scam or legitimate is first, the advanced search tool at bbb.org, and secondly, a Google search for the name of the opportunity. Often times, you'll uncover complaints in Google results that the BBB may not even be aware of. Also, I don't think the BBB is perfect in any sense of the word, and in many cases their information should be taken with a grain of salt - and that also applies if they don't have any information at all - it's possible they just haven't received a complaint yet.
