Why I Want to Work from Home

I haven't been able to find work any where and now all my finances have run dry and have been for awhile .I cannot afford to pay for the work at home kits not even shipping costs.I'am at loss on the next step to take.As I have no outside resources to assist me . [From Moderator] I don't recommend anyone pay for "work at home kits" anyway. That's how you end up losing money, not making it. The next step you could take depends entirely on what you can do.

Why I love working from home

To add to my previous comment, working from home is not for everyone but I think most people would see their lives change for the better when they start working from home. If you have any doubts about it, don't give in to your fears about whether or not you're cut out to work from home. You can do it!

Happily working from home

I love working from home because I feel more at peace and more in control. I prefer being able to decide my own schedule. I don't think anyone else should control those kinds of aspects of your life like employers want to. Please add me as a friend on Facebook!

LOOKING FOR LEGITMATE WORK-AT-HOME

I worked in offices for over 30 years. I took early retirement in 2008 because I could not take the harassment anymore and thought I would get a parttime job -the stock market fell and I have not found a thing---working at home would be best for me....you wouldnt beleive the nasty blatant discrimination against a middle age woman--I endured it but NEVER AGAIN.

I am disabled and I am not able to stand very long, nor and I able to work for very long time with out getting tired. I have had a stoke and other health problems. But I still can time and do other things. But I need to be able to do them at my own pace. So I am looking into trying to find something where I may be able to have a little extra income.

Sleep disorder

I can't always fall asleep or stay asleep. If I have to wake up to an alarm I never get enough sleep and get very sick and can't concentrate. I couldn't perform at a regular job. I was always very stressed out. Last month I found an amazing work-from-home job where I really get to help people. I don't think I'm allowed to advertise here but I just want to encourage people that there is a strong network marketing community out here, and there are some really good companies, we just don't advertise though print media often. Do your research! Ask questions! This is a 30 B a year industry, 70,000 people join it every day, and its good people like us that should be in it! A word of advise: don't pay anyone until you know exactly what you are getting. Read the fine print. Know how long your refunds are good for and what the conditions are. Better yet, save your money for the right opportunity. (p.s. its different for everyone) live long and prosper...

I currently work at home for 2 different companies. I make B2B calls. I get paid a pretty good hourly wage plus commission. Idealy I would love to do Data Entry type work, but for now I am enjoying my short commute to my computer area, no office politics, no traffic, don't have to worry about the weather and I can work in my jammies if I really want to. I too was scammed, I thought no way I could never get scammed. It can happen to the best of us. It has taught me to really check out all aspects of a business. If you ask for information about their company and they won't give it to you, such as phone numbers and where they are located, move on. If anyone knows of legitimate data entry work at home jobs, shoot me an email. jrabideau2@wi.rr.com. Thanks for the space to let you know about my experience. Good luck to all, and be skeptical of everything. [MODERATOR NOTE: Please think twice before including your email address in these postings as you may be targeting yourself for scam artists.]

Because I love my daughter too much!

I work from home so I can continue to spend time with my daughter, know who her friends are and be a big part of her life. I'm an engineer and can find work at an office. However, the hours are long and I can't imagine what my daughter and her friends would be doing if she had a few hours alone after school. My theory is if kids know they won't get caught, they will try anything, but if they think there is a chance they might get caught they will think twice before doing. So, I work from home distributing a free software that in return I get paid when people use it. I like it, it is fun AND I can do with flexible hours.

Work from Home Typing Wanted

I want a typing job at home because I am unable to walk, I have severly bad knees and may need surgey, however I would like to work and home without paying any fees, are there typing jobs at home? [From your Guide: Debra - good luck with that. There are, but 99.9999% of them are phony. You might try doing this on your own as a freelancer. At least you wouldn't have to pay fees.]

Its Flexible

Working from home provides me with a lot of flexibility so that my family can be priority. I started my own work from home business four years ago and have been going strong since. I own a costumed character entertainment business for children and it has been a blessing.

I am disabled and the money very low

I was, and still am a LPN nurse, for 30 years. Now, I have been disabled for 6 years and with my meager Disability I am so close to being homeless, it scares me. I think folks think you have a bunch of government help, but that isn't true. Even with Medicare my medical bills are getting huge, because, of course they don't pay 100%. Most of my background was medical, but I'm pretty good on the computer, and could raise my typing wpm. I can't transcribe without a certification, although I know the medical terms. I can't work in a "call the nurse" co., because i am not a RN. I would train and bust my fanny to get a part time job. Seriously, I live in an old trailer with mice in the walls, and a good time the water is off. Thank goodness, I had all 4 of my children raised before I became disabled. 6-7 years ago i would never have thought I'd be washing clothes in the sink and getting food stamps. My mind is good, in fact, when i could still walk I went to college and have 34 credit
